- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Lovely place to stay. Free wifi and breakfast included with option of homemade baked beans. It is however the only place I have stayed with no bar fridge in the room. Luckily, it's 3°C outside so the balcony is great for cold storage.By Melanie Gowing, February 02, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We went as a pair for lunch on the balcony at the back of the restaurant, overlooking the grass area and Yarra river. The oak gives ample shade and breeze for a nice aspect during the lazy summer afternoons. The service was standard yet the food spoke volumes in another language; the language of taste. Most of the food and wine is of the region which adds to Oscar's more subtle qualities.
